As Founder and CEO of Muntu Group, Rosa provides high-touch executive advisory and coaching to leaders navigating significant transitions, growth, and transformation. She works at the intersection of leadership, culture, and human potential, helping executives deepen self-awareness and leadership capacity, and making more effective strategic choices, particularly in times of rapid AI and technology acceleration.

Rosa’s coaching philosophy is grounded in both strategic advising and empowerment. She brings the perspective of an experienced leader and thought partner, while creating space for each executive to examine assumptions, see new possibilities, and determine the path that is right for them.

Her practice centers on meeting leaders where they are at and connecting with what their organizations and businesses need from them, while challenging them to see beyond familiar approaches and discover new pathways for personal and professional growth. Through thoughtful challenge, reflection, and perspective, she helps leaders build greater clarity, confidence, and capacity to lead with impact.

Rosa brings a distinctive combination of strategic perspective, data-driven insight, and deep empathy, enriched by a multicultural perspective shaped by living and working across multiple countries. She regularly serves as a keynote speaker at global forums, including the Association for Human Resources Management in International Organizations (AHRMIO).

Rosa is also active in her community, serving as a Mentor in the Future Philanthropists Program of the Oak Park Community Foundation, a youth leadership initiative that enables high school students to become engaged leaders and support their communities through philanthropy.
