Watch: Wendy DuBoe – Designing Your Purpose Plan

After one successful career, how do you discern what’s next? And how do you then design a roadmap to accomplish your vision? Watch our conversation between LSI Director Diana Petty and LSI Fellow Wendy DuBoe.

Over the last year, Wendy has envisioned a bold approach to reduce community violence that builds on her decades of senior leadership in both the social and private sectors. Wendy talks about how she reflected on her values and goals for this stage of life, why she is focusing on violence reduction, and what the roadmap for her next chapter entails. Wendy also discusses the ways in which she sees this new chapter of leadership building upon and enhancing her career and life to date.
