Dev Jain

Dev Jain is a consulting services executive with 29 years of experience in engineering design, project management, cross-border collaboration, sales and business development. Dev currently serves duals roles – one as Principal at RSP Architects Ltd, USA, driving the firms’ work-sharing, IWMS consulting practice and CSR initiatives. Secondly, as Founder and CEO of Alexander Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd., India.  The India-based company’s mission is to allow RSP to service its existing corporate Clients overseas, build new business in the sub-continent region and start RSP’s global delivery model.  While living in Bangalore, he was made a trustee for a non-profit, focused on adoption and care for orphaned children with special needs and providing education and daycare to children of daily-wage construction workers.

Prior to his role at RSP, Dev established Larsen & Toubro’s US engineering consulting practice.  At Northwest Airlines, he had a short-stint as an analyst in financial planning and analysis.  He started his career at Amec plc, as a process engineer and eventually leaving as a project manager, providing engineering consulting to nutraceuticals, food, chemicals and dairy clients in US, Canada, Mexico and Japan.

Dev holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, a Master of Science in Biochemical Engineering from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.  He also holds professional engineer license in the state of Minnesota.
