Kelly Morgan

Assistant Director for Program Management, Leadership and Society Initiative

Kelly Morgan serves as the Assistant Director for Program Management for the University of Chicago Leadership and Society Initiative (LSI). In this role, Kelly serves as the “administrative quarterback”, streamlining processes for participant enrollment, partnership contracting, and other core operational functions. Kelly brings a strong background in mission-driven work, with previous roles in international development and humanitarian aid. She has led partnership development initiatives for both USAID and the World Food Program USA. Kelly brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on enhancing logistics management and driving continuous process improvement. She holds a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas and an MA in Public Diplomacy and Global Communications from Syracuse University.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys running and is the proud survivor of the 2012 Great Wall of China Marathon. When not indulging in type-2 fun, Kelly can be found reading or planning her next trip.
