Carole Gins
Carole Gins is an accomplished executive, board leader, and strategist with over 30 years of experience spanning the training, pharmaceutical, healthcare, leadership, DEl, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President at GP Strategies, where she led the global Leadership, DEl, and Business Consulting division. In this role, she oversaw corporate strategy, operations, and financial performance, advancing the company’s mission to help people and organizations achieve their highest potential.
Throughout her career, Carole has built a reputation for leading complex transformations and aligning business strategy with operational excellence. She brings deep expertise in governance, project management, change leadership, and business development, having successfully guided organizations through growth, restructuring, and innovation across domestic and international markets. A passion for people, culture, and sustainable impact distinguishes her leadership.
Carole holds an Executive MBA from McGill-HEC Montréal, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has earned her Chartered Director (C. Dir) designation. She also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School (“Women on Boards”) and Stanford University’s LEAD program, further strengthening her governance and innovation credentials. She recently received a certificate in “Generative Al for Business” from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).
Beyond her corporate leadership, Carole serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Nurses Association, contributing her expertise in organizational strategy and stakeholder engagement to advance health equity and professional excellence in nursing. She also chairs the Board of “Ateliers cinq épices” and serves as Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for “La Cantine pour tous,” two Quebec-based nonprofits addressing food insecurity and unequal access to balanced nutrition among schoolchildren.
