John McManus

John McManus is a nationally recognized real estate professional with over 30 years of leadership in the industry as a broker, investor, and general partner. As a leader for Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team in Northern California, John provides transaction services in the East Bay and Central Valley markets, and across North America. John’s real estate and market expertise allows him to guide property owners and tenants through complex transactions, which accelerates the path to profitability and success for his clients. Over the four year period ending in 2022, he participated in more than 190 transactions totaling approximately 27.75 million square feet, with an aggregate value over $3.2 billion. 

John has also demonstrated leadership in the non-profit sector serving on the Boards of the Friends of Kenyan Orphans and the East Bay Economic Development Alliance. John holds a Master of Arts with a focus on English, General Literature & Rhetoric from Binghamton University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Bennington College. 

John is blessed with a wife of 30 years, Ariele, and three children. He enjoys reading, skiing, golfing, Pilates Reformer, vegetable gardening, bee keeping and hanging with his Labrador retrievers. John is a cancer survivor.
