She currently serves as an Operating Partner at H.I.G. Capital, focused on driving operational excellence in portfolio companies.

Trish began her professional journey after earning a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, equipping her with strong technical foundations. Trish also holds an MSE in Manufacturing Systems and an MBA from the Ross School of Business, rounding out her educational background.

Over the years, she has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility-from operations and manufacturing leadership to global supply-chain transformation-across major industrial companies as well as the management consulting environment. Her expertise includes integrated business planning/S&OP, manufacturing excellence/lean six sigma, quality, safety, sourcing, procurement, supplier management/development, logistics, distribution, and compliance.
